30-Day Easy Returns
At The Loafer Factory, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories and labels must be included.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you find the right option.
